I absolutely loved the view from our room! The valet parking was incredibly busy, but there was a big game happening in town, so it was understandable. I would definitely book this hotel again. However, the room smelled musty, and the refrigerator inside had a terrible odor. It was slightly cramped compared to what we were expecting.

The hotel is situated right by the Time Warner Arena in the heart of Charlotte, allowing us to easily enjoy all the activities in uptown Charlotte during the Panthers game. The only downside was the noise from the a/c and heating units on the roof if you stay on the top floor, which disrupted our sleep.

The dining experience was overall excellent. Although a couple of the staff weren't as friendly, they kept busy refilling the food and maintaining the buffet well. The option for freshly made omelets was a nice touch.

The hotel has an European flare with spacious and comfortable rooms; however, noise disrupted my sleep, and a discount for the inconvenience would be appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the hotel was a comfortable stay overall.
